Some little known facts about GTA III

 Here's some little known facts about GTA III. Do you know them all?

 

   1. Although main characters name is never mentioned in the game. The game files confirms, that it is, indeed Claude.

 

   2. In alpha/beta version the airport was located in Staunton island.

 

   3. The games pc version was orginally gonna have, a first person mode. Yes! Find out more in this video: 

 

 

  4. There was originaly gonna be Jesus saves instead of safehouses, in the game. Just like GTA 2.

 

  5. Game files shows that Darkel was somehow connected to the Rampages.

 

  6. Leone family is based on Corleone family, from Godfather.

 

  7. There's unused camera pick up in the game. Nobody knows what purpoise it had.

But what I know is this is redundant because 90% of the people here already know it. This is like making a thread that says "Holy crap the protag's name is Claude!!!!!!!" It's just stating the blatantly obvious

1. Good necro of a dead thread.

2. Plenty of threads of this caliber have been made over the years and the research in them undoubtedly fuel a majority of the content of Vadim's videos (not knocking him, great guy) and then get regurgitated back on here - full circle.
