Crazy how they've let this problem fester for so long though, and it's not like it's fixed yet by any means going by what I'm seeing and hearing. Well that's what Rockstar says... If you google "clear cache PS4", all the other developers and editors will tell you to turn off the PS4 completely, then disconnect the power cord from the back of the console (don't unplug it from the wall but from the PS4 itself), wait at least 30 seconds, plug the cord back and voilà: cache cleared! DarksunDaFirst Posted February 13, 2020 Share Posted February 13, 2020 Not sure what they improved to make the game more stable, but I joined a lobby, got booted, then tried to get into a new lobby and was hit with the infinite loading screen (no progress ever appears next to the loading revolver symbol). areyouchappin Posted February 13, 2020 Share Posted February 13, 2020 I honestly don't know what R* plans to do with RDO.. they say one thing, and do something completely different or in most cases, they do nothing at all for weeks while still promising better things and fixes.. That's why I've given up hope on this game. It just ain't happening fellas.. We wanted RDO to be great but R* has been bought up and turned out just like McDonalds was.. and now R* is producing McDouble and McChicken quality content, while trying to pass it off as a gourmet product. It is good to see, it's a partial win for the community, because R* usually don't acknowledge problems until they are fixed completely (at least as far as they are concerned). It's definitely not fixed though, far from it. I've downloaded the update on both my base PS4 at work and my PS4 Pro at home and I'm getting no joy at all, it's as though nothing has changed. I'll have to see how the game is outside of peak hours later on today. I'm serious considering delete the game and going to another one, it's frustrating have a lot of things to do in game, but can't do it due to frequently technical problems. R* are lucky the SP is so damn good otherwise I would delete this game ASAP. If they stick solely with this trend of roles I definitely won’t be back any time soon. How about roles and story missions and a map expansion, that’s what would keep me around. Guess they are playing it safe by giving GTAO the majority of their attention, that’s sure the way it seems. Seems better there than anywhere else. Nothing worth getting the hunting wagon out for, but good enough I was able to give Cripps 6 large carcasses for a daily without too much trouble.
