Cannot deliver Marcel to Moonshiner's shack

I accept the mission to get a cook. Ride out to the location where Marcel is being held. I free him and bring him back to the shack, but then nothing happens for quite some time and the mission resets to where I can again choose to go and get Marcel. When we reach the shack Marcel and I are stuck outside the shack for some minutes, during which I'm unable to enter the shack, until Marcel dissapears. When he dissapears I can enter the shack, but its as if I've never gone to get him again... Please Help!
