I cant join friends and friends cant join me.

Hey , ever since i started playing gta yestarday i havent been able to join my friends and they coudlnt join me. everytime i try it says that i havent finished the online tutorial despite me being in an online session. the only way i figured for them to join me is through social club. also when ever i first join an online session it says down the bottom 'go to the industrial field' and when i go there nothing happens which could be linked to the problem. thankyou

That industrial field thing has to do with the first survival you get introduced to. See if you can play Industrial Survival, and if you can, maybe doing that will solve your issue.
