Their idea seems to be to release most new items exclusively with an associated role; no problem there per se, as long as the role doesn't come with ongoing strings or demands... Personally, I'm not touching the Trader role with a 10-foot pole, because I don't want anything to do with <expletive> Cripps. Blooming annoying. I'm still honked off at R*'s arrogance via their "you WILL pay a daily fee for a camp that you never asked for or wanted" BS. I never ranked up a few of my old characters past rank 16. It's actually pretty refreshing playing with characters who don't have everything. I know some of them have been Twitch Prime but its easy to sign up for free accounts for both and cheat the system. People paid hard Gold on release day for them or grinded the sh*t out the game to afford them and then people that don't even play the game get them for free? f*ck off. The people that have them should at least get ten Gold for free or even have a last level reward of The Outlaw Pass be a voucher to get the next Role for free or half price on release day. That, is a fair and brilliant reward that rewards players who put the time in. Just thinking about how much of a fail it is for R* when they can't even successfully GIVE their players money (e.g. GTA Online rewards in the past).
