Jiyorude Posted February 3, 2020 Share Posted February 3, 2020 In Grand Theft Auto IV, there are restrictions to when you are not able to use to use the clip recorder. A few examples are during pooling, cutscenes and bowling. GTA V does not have these restrictions. I kind of want to make a cinematic video in gta4 with a pool scene in there and use the rockstar editor to do camera angles. In the vanilla game it's not possible. Is there a way in GTA4 with OpenIV to: 1 .Lift the recording restrictions and record anywhere and anytime? Also during activities? 2. Change the average recording times of clips?
