I also noticed:

- the aeroplane graveyard was different.

- area by the LV cathedral was extending more west

- desert area has major changes in texture e.g. Greengrass college, the dry lakebed by Area 69.

- the building west from LV stadium used to be further north where the industrial park is now. There was a road from it, that's now missing.

- no petrol station in El Quebrados

- woodlands in southern SF - I mentioned that before

- SF map in general seems extremely old, the Stadium area is different, obviously docks and the military base, the whole area adjacent to Gant bridge

- no scrap yard

- B'o'B is in significantly earlier stage of development, the purchasable farm is missing for instance as well as many textures have not been added yet. Swamp missing completely.

- Fallen Tree factory was a farm it seems

- no multi-level intersection by Palomino Creek

- this one is a biggie - the road near LS lighthouse used to be the main coastal road

 

I would give anything to be able to see the development screenshot or sketches!
