this ain't a bad start! i've played the missions so far.

Fahad Eabd

not bad for a start, camera angles were decent, it is actually pretty decent but the grammar (sorry!) is what made the mission at least the most "uninteresting", but i can say the story is decent as you've a bodyguard of a businessman who apparently has been ambushed by some mafia members, or gang ones? i don't know though - but it's fine as the enemies were pretty easy to kill. (but that moment was hilarious, when you are the Sharpshooter and you gotta kill the bodyguard holding a minigun in one hand? (interesting lol), object placement was questionable and not to mention the ending was somewhat okay, it proves that the bodyguard was apparently so loyal that he killed himself because he couldn't save his boss. (why would he do that?) anyways, decent mission.

Eddylr

another mission about an ambush. so we arrive at a warehouse, apparently abandoned and the boss is Karl (interesting name, since it's from German origin and it means "a free man") but i'll leave that for a bit now. so apparently, some mafia members come up and ambush Karl and his bodyguards. (wonder why they came, was it because of the mafia members wanted to claim the warehouse before Karl or something else?) a little flaw in a mission, camera angles were decent. the difficulty was also easy, since the enemies didn't have very good accuracy and you can kill them in matter of seconds. the object placement was decent enough, gives a warehouse feel. but the door door with a switch, isn't it odd to be placed in a such high place? you would have to stretch yourself upwards to reach it and enter the code. the ending was similar to the one in the original GTA San Andreas where you fight with the guy on the boat with a katana, but it's a cool ending nonetheless. good mission.

GalacticXp1

ahh, we've reached the third mission about an ambush. not surprised at all. camera angles were good and the usage of smooth/linear cutscenes gave the mission a plus. the difficulty was medium, since the enemies had high amount of health and very good accuracy. but if you find the spot and utilize it, they can become powerless to you. to be honest, it wasn't a much of a "very good" mission since the gameplay is just killing the enemies (question: did you get the name from Metal Gear Solid?) the object placement was alright as well, nothing special 'bout it. liked the ending though, but my question here as well is how the enemies have ambushed you since you wanted to establish a partnership with them? kinda nonsensical, but if you gave a bit more explanation, then i could give it a pass. good mission

Thanks For Telling My Mistakes I Will take care of it Next time. And In This mission I Did Not make A Happy Ending because in Every Mission Happy Ending became Boring There Should be Some Shocking And New Ending If he Win Then It Would be Like A Simple Mission Sometimes unhappy ending is Good (well Your Mission Was Also Very Good)

There are some bugs that will ruin the gameplay. I have no solutions for them since i have tried everything to fix it, but none fixed. Simply restart the mission will solve the problem.

The Protector

A man called Edward Neilson, is willing to risk his life for the protection of a man who requested him to be his bodyguard. Enter his journey in the beauty of San Fierro to save the man and his family with his unmatched skill.

don't worry @LordStarship i've got your mission covered as well!

LordStarship

now this was at least a bit of a challenging mission. first off, liked the camera angles. gives the feel, usage of skip fading made it a bit better as well. the story is actually good though as it's not an ambush for a deal or anything, it's someone who needs to pay but refuses to do it. i don't know if you did this on purpose, but i appreciate it that you put the name "Edward" which represents a "rich guard" (maybe you could have been inspired by Parasite to do this? liked it, anyways) and "Neilson" also represents a "cloud, champion" which represents the main character. liked the way you used symbolism here. (son of Neil, that's what it literally translates) also i liked how you included the teenager's physique; using frustration, trauma and anger which are common during teenage years and are quite easy to get. the drive-by shooting was very easy (for me because i shot the enemies at the start and the rest left the streets empty lol) not to mention "Tony" represents fashion, as you can see at the market where he's attractive for them lol; the ending wasn't bad either, portrays that the main character isn't greedy at all (but that's a lot of money though, should have taken it and donate it to the poor residents of San Fierro), but that's my style. so Edward worked as an spy agent in Cold War, meaning the setting of the mission would have taken in late 90's or after the collapse of the USSR. great mission nonetheless.

Due to severe bugs in (Route Point Settings), Mission start f*cked up after 91 Actors setting 90 objects. I can't able to participate. Next time homies.

Thank you very much! The symbolism wasn't on purpose though, but thank you that for the information about that nonetheless!

Spoiler

Also, the drive-by mission was supposed to be really hard, because the car wasn't supposed to be bulletproof and you really need to run away from the mafias, but i scrapped that idea because i need to balance the mission again and it'll take a lot of time lol.

Also, the ending was supposed to be him taking the money without the business man knowing, but it was scrapped because of 100 objectives limitation so..

Ahh.. Really sad to hear that. I really hope you can participate in this MOTW...

Also, route point bugs are really annoying. I usually don't design too long and will reload the mission after some time to avoid the bug from happening. Even though i don't know if that's the solution or not, what i know is when i'm designing too long, bugs will start appearing on the mission :bored:

People over here be writing reviews like voting already started. there is no need to do it until voting starts. and it seems more people participated this time. cant wait to play the missions

I mean, i don't mind reading some reviews before voting starts. It's best that he made it a spoiler so anyone can't see. Maybe he wants to decide what to vote and write the review before the voting time starts because he'll be busy in the voting time and will not give any constructive criticism and complements. It's not really a big deal, but maybe for some people, it's not okay as spoilers will make you really wanna click on the spoiler.

Anyways, maybe you guys want to add more missions? I haven't played all the missions yet but i'm hyped for Parasite 2 since it's a continuation of the awesome Parasite mission in the last MOTW!

No one minds reading reviews before the voting starts, but there's a reason why it's not recommended. You could be subconsciously influencing others with an interpretation before they even play the missions themselves. As I said above, I greatly appreciate the reviews, and am really happy that he's providing valuable feedback. Except it would've been way better if they came after voting started for the reason I mentioned above :)

not disappointed! i know it's hard and sometimes a coincidence that you can include the character names which represents their life, personality - but it would be really better if you did it on purpose though, it would really be an awesome and detailed thing!

I played all of the missions and reviewed them :)

Farad Eabd

Spoiler

The start of the mission is good, but it was gone to fast for me,i liked it.The shootouts were easy, but the grammar is bad.(no hate,i understand why is it bad)
I liked the "parkour" part, when we play as the sharpshooter,i just dont understand why is there a guard with a minigun,it was a bit hard to kill him.The effects
Are good, but its weird that the VIP doesnt have guards in his room,or outside his room. The part when the bodyguard killed himself is a bit weird to me also.
The mission is somewhat good,4/10.Good luck if you are participating next time!

Zeko

Spoiler

I didn't think that mission is about bodyguarding at the start, but i realized soon.Shootouts were easy, object placement is good. Now i didnt play the last part of the mission because there is a weird bug for me,it just freezes.I suppose the mission is good, sorry if i did this bad..
6/10

GalacticXp1

Spoiler

The start is good.i liked the part of the ambush.Shootouts were a bit harder than i expected.
Roof shootout is a bit easier. The mission is short,i thought there is more after that cop shootout with the enemies.
Object placement is good,i liked the way how the walls collapse after the bomb explodes.
As i said,the mission is too short.5/10.

Eddylr

Spoiler

I liked the start of the mission, pretty good.Object placement is good, along with the cars. The first shootout is easy.
I thought other bodyguards will enter the warehouse with the player, but they arent.that made the next shootouts
a bit harder, but still easy. The boss fight at the end is like the fight from classic GTA SA,when you fight the old asian guy.
I liked the mission alot,8/10.

LordStarShip

Spoiler

The start of the mission is good,i liked how you didnt showed the faces of them.Next part of the mission,
The car chase is pretty good.i liked everything there. It was a bit weird in the part when player said "We lost them" but
enemies were still there.Drive by part is the easiest for me,nothing special in there. The shootout was very hard.
I only had a pistol until i killed an enemy. The boss fight was also hard. And i liked how the player didnt get that van full of money.
I think this is the best mission on this MOTW,9/10.
My vote goes to him.

When a new MOTW Starts, everyone has a limited time to create a mission and send it here, and when voting starts, people vote for the mission they like.

Appreciate the Review, My missions never tend to be quite long since I don't have the interest in making long journeys around the cities, I'm not trying to make a storyline here, just a simple mission.

If you would of payed attention enough, it's clear why they got ambushed.

My Review for MOTW#152

Fahad Eabd:

Business Restlessness: [6/10]

Spoiler

The Good: I liked how you added most of the actors, and camera angles in the mission. great place in locations. shot that sucker out trying to get away at the end. and of course that twisty ending

The Bad: Want to know if you did the dialogue wrong on purpose cause it was wrong all over the place

Zeko [aka] venomdyom [aka] its poundcake time

Parasite II: [7/10]

Spoiler

The Good: Nicely done with the actors, and cutscenes. It gave me a challenge to fight the gangsters without getting killed. and nice one with that last enemy

The Bad: I'm just not sure if it followed the theme again. we have this girls that are making their way thru enemies and only at the end we get to find out she is a bodyguard of some sorts. maybe I'm missing on what is going on with your parasite missions but I don't see how it followed the theme

GalacticXp1

Loyal Guardian: [8/10]

Spoiler

The Good: Pretty good start with making your way to the club, and of course making the best with what you got. lots of action inside, and the bodyguard did stick with the actor all the way thru to the end

The Bad: would have liked to run thru the fire out of the building, and fight a little more after the roof top

Eddylr

The Warehouse Ambush: [9\10]

Spoiler

The Good: Great start with a decent shootout. there were lots of cars, and objects to hide on to fight back the mafia. and the hidden weapons helped with the low ammo. enemies were pretty strong, with a few lose heads. also the last fight with the ninja mafia boss using a katana

The Bad: My only complain is that the bodyguard was sent off to kill another mafia boss. leaving his boss with the other members. would have been pretty cool to see two bodyguards fight it out at the end

LordStarShip

The Protector: [7\10]

Spoiler

The Good: Some funny moments, and great detail on the mission with objectives, and actor placing. good shootout, and hard final boss

The Bad: Driving the bulletproof car didn't gave me much excitement fleeing the mafia. and I'm not sure why I didn't got chased by any enemies in the drive-bye
