GTA IV has its fair share of crime rate and overall grim all over Liberty City and Alderney, but ever felt like it could've been even more intense had it been packed with more action and somewhat higher crime rate and overall danger element in the streets?

 

Besides a bunch of miscellaneous adjustments, what this mod basically does is enhancing the danger element of Liberty City's and Alderney's streets outside the story, adjusting the gang life and the criminal underworld's activity. Increasing the violence and hostility of gangs and greatly expanding their influences and operations all over the city, relying on story details, hints and appropriate backgrounds. Sided by fixing the codes that are intended to make certain gangs act with hostility towards the protagonist after certain points of the story to load and work properly. Moreover, remarkably spreading the presence and operation of drug dealers, pimps and prostitutes all over the streets, primarily at night. All besides adding more depth to pedestrians so that various of them will become braver and interact more aggressively. Furthermore, various will have a higher potential of buying them, as well as be criminals rather than only regular civilians, which includes the potential to pick prostitutes in the streets. Not only turning the city into a more dangerous and interactive environment - especially at night, but to an extent some parts of the ocean around the gang influenced districts as well. Making both Liberty City, and to an extent Alderney truly feel like "the worst city in America".

General:

  • Gang relationships have been adjusted so that, relying on the canon acquaintances between gangs in the story, as well as taking in consideration the background and nature of each gang, sided by hints from both the game and GTA: Chinatown Wars, there'll be street rivalries between rival gangs. They'll hassle each others when they're close enough, and start fighting after a while, usually with bare fists or melee weapons, and sometimes with firearms, but not too frequently. The Mob and Gang factions of the Russian Mafiya are now friendly towards each others, and not purely neutral, albeit the Mob faction will still not bother with defending the Gang faction too frequently. Also, with the exception of the Italian Mafia, hostile/provoked gang members will sometimes carjack rival gang members, as well as try to rescue their arrested gang mate before he gets placed into a patrol.
     
  • Fixing already present codes so that they'll load properly, gangs will act with proper hostility towards the player depending on story progress, while on the other hand, neutral gangs won't hassle them without being provoked (which had to be done in order to prevent game crashes from occurring when rival gangs start hassling each others). Furthermore, in addition to the default eventual changes of acquaintances, some other gang relationship changes have been made to occur after certain story events (which will only work in new games and/or save games saved after starting a new game with the mod installed. You can fix that in standard GTA IV by going nearby Playboy X's/Alderney City's safehouse after unlocking them, depending on the acquaintance change you missed, as well as the extra options in the files for TLAD and TBOGT).
     
  • Traffic and pedestrian densities are now handled in a more realistic and diverse way, especially taking in consideration the region the game is based on. The streets are now significantly busier at daytime hours. There are more pedestrians at night too, especially at early night, and especially at weekends, but to a lesser extent than at daytime hours, while traffic varies from around the original density to slightly more active at early night, generally slightly less active at midnight, and even less active at midnight and late night. All while keeping the differences between the night hours remarkable, even further than in the original game. Making it truly feel like "the city that never sleeps", and making more room for higher crime rate at night. Furthermore, police officers also have higher presence at night in every district now, especially at midnight and late night.
     
  • Every pedestrian with the potential to be a criminal and/or has a high potential of buying drugs now has the potential to smoke.
     
  • Every female gang member in The Lost and Damned now has the potential to insult homeless pedestrians, as well as a higher potential of buying drugs, and now they're more aggressive.
     

  • Irish drug dealers (M_Y_Hardman_01 & M_Y_Tough_05) now have the potential to sell drugs, and they now appear among the pedestrian set of drug dealers, pimps and prostitutes, as well as the general population set of Dukes. Moreover, the former set is now more aggressive, and the latter now has a higher potential of buying drugs.
     

  • Hipster drug dealers/pimps (M_Y_Dealer & M_Y_Shady_02) now have the potential to sell drugs, and they are now more aggressive.
     

  • Latino drug dealers (M_Y_Drug_01) now appear among the Latino population and the general population set of Bohan.
     

  • African-American drug dealers (M_Y_QueensBridge) now have the potential to sell drugs and be criminals. Moreover, they now have a higher potential of buying drugs, and now they're more aggressive. Furthermore, now they appear among the pedestrian set of drug dealers, pimps and prostitutes, as well as the African-American population and the general population set of Dukes.
     

  • Jamaican pimps (M_Y_Runner) are now more aggressive.
     

  • Prostitutes (F_Y_Hooker_01 & F_Y_Hooker_03) now have a higher potential of buying drugs. Moreover, the latter set now has the potential to smoke as well.
     
  • Several hipster pedestrians (M_Y_BohoGuy_01, M_Y_PVillBo_01/02/03 & M_Y_Street_01) now have the potential to be criminals. Moreover, (M_Y_BohoGuy_01) skinheads are now braver and more aggressive, (M_Y_PVillBo_02) are now more aggressive, and (M_Y_PVillBo_03 & M_Y_Street_01) are now braver.
     
  • Hipster bouncers (M_Y_Bouncer_01) now appear among the hipster set of pedestrians. Moreover, now they can drive poor cars and motorcycles, they have the potential to be criminals, and now they're more aggressive.
     
  • Street Punks (M_Y_StreetPunk_02/04/05) now have the potential to be criminals. Moreover, the first set is now braver, and the second is now braver and more aggressive.
     
  • Certain Caucasian pedestrians (M_Y_ChopShop_01) now have the potential to be criminals, and now they appear among the general population set of Broker, as well as the midtown set of pedestrians.
     
  • Several Latino pedestrians (M_Y_ChopShop_02 & M_Y_PLatin_01/02/03) now have the potential to be criminals. Moreover, (M_Y_ChopShop_02 & M_Y_PLatin_02) are now braver, and (M_Y_PLatin_01/03) are now more aggressive.
     
  • Several African-American pedestrians (M_Y_Bronx_01, M_Y_Harlem_01, M_Y_LEastSide_01, M_Y_PBronx_01, M_Y_PHarBron_01, M_Y_PHarlem_01 & M_Y_PQueens_01) now have the potential to be criminals. Moreover, (M_Y_Bronx_01, M_Y_Harlem_01 & M_Y_PBronx_01) are now more aggressive, (M_Y_LEastSide_01 & M_Y_PHarBron_01) are now braver and more aggressive, and (M_Y_PQueens_01) are now braver.
     
  • Certain Asian pedestrians (M_M_Midtown_01 & M_Y_Downtown_02) now have the potential to be criminals. Moreover, the first set is now braver and more aggressive, and now it appears among the midtown set of pedestrians, and the second set is now braver.
     
  • Certain Eastern European pedestrians (M_M_EE_Heavy_02 & M_M_PEastEuro_01) now have the potential to be criminals and buy drugs, and now they're more aggressive. Moreover, now they appear among the general population set of Broker, and the latter set appears among the general population set of Bohan.
     
  • Certain Irish enforcers (M_M_Enforcer) can now be seen among the low business set of pedestrians, as well as the general population set of Dukes. Moreover, now they're more aggressive.

    Certain Italian goons (M_Y_Goon_01) are now more aggressive, and now they appear among the Italian population.

  • Certain fat, Italian street level mobsters (M_M_FatMob_01) with no affiliations to specific crime organizations now have the potential to be criminals, and now they're more aggressive.
     
  • Hasidic Jewish businessmen (M_O_Hasid_01 & M_Y_Hasid_01) now have the potential to be criminals, and now they're braver and more aggressive as well. Moreover, now they can be seen among the high business set of pedestrians, and the latter can now be seen among the rich shopping set of pedestrians.
     
  • Certain rich pedestrians (M_Y_PRich_01) now have the potential to be criminals, and now they're braver and more aggressive.
     
  • Certain dodgy pedestrians (M_Y_Dodgy_01) now have the potential to be criminals, and a higher potential of buying drugs. Moreover, now they're more aggressive.
     
  • Certain industrial workers (M_M_PIndus_01 & M_M_PIndus_02) now have the potential to be criminals. They're now more aggressive as well.

Districts/Territories:

  • The Albanian Mob now has presence in Hove Beach from evening to mid morning, and in BOABO, East HookNorthern Gardens and Westminster at night and early morning. Moreover, now they appear in Little Bay at every hour of the day. Furthermore, while they still appear in Hove Beach, they can't be seen in the cabaret too frequently, and they can be seen only standing by the bar, never sitting on chairs.
     
  • Angels of Death MC now has presence in North Holland, as well as in Northwood (industrial area) from evening to mid morning, and in Tudor at night and early morning. Moreover, they no longer appear in BOABO, and now they appear in Beechwood City in TLAD.
     
  • The Lost MC now has presence in BOABO, as well as in Acter Industrial Park from evening to mid morning, and in Meadows Park at night and early morning. Moreover, now they have higher presence in Acter.
     
  • The Italian Mafia now has presence in Meadow Hills, Suffolk, and Berchem, as well as in Boulevard, Colony Island, Northwood (industrial area), Port Tudor and Tudor from evening to mid morning, and in Downtown Broker, Fishmarket SouthThe Exchange and Alderney City at night and early morning. Moreover, now they have lower presence in Westdyke.
     
  • The Russian Mafiya now has presence in Meadow Hills, Industrial Bohan and Westminster, as well as in East Hook, Charge Island, Chase Point (Gang faction), Acter Industrial Park and Westdyke from evening to mid morning, and in East Island City (Gang faction), Fishmarket South and The Exchange at night and early morning. Moreover, now they have lower presence in Firefly Island, and limited only to night and early morning.
     
  • The Irish Mob now has presence in Meadows Park, as well as in East Island City and Purgatory from evening to mid morning, and in Westminster and Berchem at night and early morning.
     
  • The Yardies now have presence in Firefly Projects and South Bohan at night and early morning. Moreover, now they appear in Schottler from evening to mid morning instead of only at night and early morning.
     
  • Hustlers now have presence in South Bohan and Northwood, as well as in Schottler, Chase Point and Presidents City from evening to mid morning, and in Beechwood City, Colony Island, East Holland and Normandy at night and early morning. Moreover, now they appear less frequently at night and early morning in Acter, and they now appear in North Holland in TBOGT.
     
  • The Korean Mob now has presence in Little Bay and Acter Industrial Park from evening to mid morning, and in Industrial Bohan and Chinatown at night and early morning.
     
  • The Triads now have presence in Cerveza Heights and Lower Easton, as well as in Rotterdam Hill and Fishmarket South from evening to mid morning, and in Charge Island, East Island City, Fishmarket North and Leftwood at night and early morning.
     
  • Spanish Lords now have presence in Firefly Projects and Northwood, as well as in Chase Point and Leftwood from evening to mid morning, and in Steinway, Northern Gardens, Colony Island, North Holland, Presidents City and Acter at night and early morning. Moreover, they no longer appear in Alderney City, and now they appear in Cerveza Heights only from evening to mid morning, and reversely, in Fortside at every hour of the day rather than appearing from evening to early morning only.
     
  • Uptown Riders (which replaced the Gang faction of the Russian Mafiya in The Lost and Damned) now have presence in Northwood. Moreover, now they no longer appear in Hove Beach.
     
  • Gang members now have lower presence at early night, midnight and early morning than at late night.
     
  • Gang members now have lower presence at daytime hours in Beachgate and Alderney City.
     
  • Drug dealers, pimps, prostitutes and homeless pedestrians now have higher presence at late night, and reversely, lower presence at early night, midnight, early morning, and especially late daytime hours.
     
  • Drug dealers, pimps and prostitutes now have regular presence in Firefly Projects and South Bohan from evening to morning, as well as in Hove BeachSchottlerCerveza Heights, East Island City, Little Bay, Northern Gardens, Chinatown, East Holland, Presidents CityWestminsterActer, Acter Industrial Park, Leftwood and Tudor at night and early morning, and in Meadows Park, Steinway, Willis, Lower Easton, The Meat Quarter and Alderney City at night and early morning as well, but less frequently.
     

  • Police officers now have an adjusted presence in every district. They will appear somewhat more frequently in some, and less in some others, especially at night, and more especially at late night.
     
  • Homeless pedestrians can now be seen regularly in Acter and Acter Industrial Park, as well as in Meadows Park, Little Bay, Presidents City, Purgatory, Leftwood and Tudor at night and early morning, and in Cerveza Heights, Steinway and Colony Island at night and early morning as well, but less frequently. Moreover, now they can be seen regularly in Beechwood City, Firefly Projects, South Bohan and North Holland at every hour of the day rather than only at specific hours. Furthermore, they can now be seen less frequently in Schottler, Middle Park and Northwood.
     

  • Taxi drivers now have a small presence in Acter Industrial Park. Moreover, now they can be seen in South Bohan at night and early morning, but still somewhat less frequently than at daytime hours, especially at late night. Furthermore, now they appear somewhat less frequently at night and early morning in Firefly Projects, North Holland and Northwood.
     

  • The docks and factory sets of workers now have presence in East Island City. Moreover, the docks set now has a small presence in Colony Island, as well as the factory set in Northwood (industrial area), The Meat Quarter and Westminster.
     
  • The African-American Holland population now has a small presence in East Holland.
     

  • The population of poor African-Americans and Jamaicans now has a small presence in South Bohan.
     

  • The South American (Latino) population now has a small presence in Firefly Projects, North Holland and Presidents City.
     

  • The hipster set of pedestrians now has presence in Acter and Carson Street of Beechwood City, as well as a small presence in Meadows Park, North Holland and Northwood, including the industrial area of the latter.
     

  • The Asian population now has a small presence in Lower Easton.
     

  • The Italian population now has presence in Berchem, as well as a small presence in Fishmarket South and Suffolk.
     

  • The high business set of pedestrians now has a small presence in Meadow Hills.
     

  • The unused fashion set of pedestrians has been re-created, and it can now be seen in Downtown BrokerMiddle Park East, The Meat Quarter and Suffolk.
     
  • The unused rich shopping set of pedestrians can now be seen in Easton, Lower Easton, Star Junction, The Exchange and The Triangle.
     

  • The average shopping set of pedestrians now has regular presence in Willis, Fortside, Alderney City and Leftwood. Moreover, now they can be seen in Outlook and East Holland at every hour.
     

  • Every regular set of pedestrians that has presence in Outlook, Rotterdam Hill, South Slopes, Middle Park, Middle Park East, Middle Park West, The Exchange (except for the factory's) and The Meat Quarter now appears at every hour of the day. Moreover, pedestrian sets aside from police officers, gang members, taxi drivers and homeless pedestrians that has regular presence in Beechwood City can now be seen regularly in the Carson Street portion of the district.
     

  • Densities of pedestrian sets have been accurately balanced in Firefly Island, South Slopes, Outlook, Francis International Airport, Meadow Hills, Steinway, Fortside, Industrial BohanLittle Bay, South Bohan, Hatton Gardens, Middle Park, PurgatoryThe Meat Quarter, Acter and Westdyke.

 

Miscellaneous:

  • Uptown Riders now use their own voice lines for arm wrestling rather than those of the Angels of Death's.
     
  • Hustlers now use their own models in the mission Shadow.
     

  • Spanish Lords now use their own models in the mission Street Sweeper.
     

  • Kim Young-Guk now uses a high-ranking Triad model rather than a regular Chinese pedestrian in missions Babysitting and Dining Out.
     

  • Following the events of The Lost and Damned, Billy's face is now damaged in the prisoner version in the mission Get Lost.
     

  • Certain story characters, NOOSE soldiers, FIB agents, and some high-ranking members of the Italian Mafia and Russian Mafiya are now more professional and aggressive in combat. Reversely, various story characters and pedestrians that are fat and/or old now fight less efficiently and have lower agility.
     

  • Probabilities of witnessing pedestrians inspecting broken down vehicles, looking in vehicle boots, delivering trucks and dropping passengers off have been increased.
     

  • Restaurant chairs are now busier than originally at night and morning.
     

  • Hospital waiting chairs are now busier than originally from afternoon to midnight.
     

  • Pedestrians can now be seen drinking at bars more often than originally at midnight and late night.
     

  • The unused arms dealers (M_M_GunNut_01) now take less damage.
     

  • Certain Eastern European female pedestrians (F_M_PEastEuro_01) no longer work as taxi drivers.
     

  • Several gang members now have more appropriate walk styles that better suit their bodies and personalities.
     

  • Dimitri Rascalov no longer wears glasses.
     

  • The blonde variation of the hipster bouncers no longer has a part of the ring textures missing. They can also appear without variations of hair and beard extensions.
     

  • The unused accessories of the fat LCPD cops and FIB agents have been restored.

     

  • Fixed FIB agents not having their voice lines used.

  • Albanians mobsters and Midtown Gangsters (Korean Mob) are now hostile towards each others.
  • Italian and Russian mobs are now hostile towards each others.
    Story-wise, it isn't the case with every family of each mob, but given the fact that the Russians (more specifically, the Bulgarin Bratva) will only meet up with the rivaling Gambettis in free roam (in Meadow Hills), it works.
  • Italian and Irish mobs are now hostile towards each others.
  • Albanian mobsters can now be seen in East Island City sometimes at late night.
  • Angels of Death MC bikers can now be seen in Boulevard sometimes at night.
  • Irish mobsters can now be seen in Purgatory sometimes at late night.
  • Midtown Gangsters (Korean Mob) can now be seen in Little Bay sometimes at late night.
  • Spanish Lords can now be seen in Northern Gardens sometimes at late night, as well as in Boulevard from evening to early morning.

Also, just a side note: out of seven neighborhoods in Bohan, not a single one of them is free of gang activity now. At least two different gangs can be seen in five out of seven neighborhoods, where four of them include rival gangs. The safest being Fortside and Industrial, having only the Spanish Lords and Midtown Gangsters respectively, who also appear from evening to early morning, and not 24/7.

Why are the Albanians now in East Island City? :P Also in case it hasn't been done, the Russians and Albanians should be hostile to each other as well. Yardies should also be hostile to Triads and Albanians as well.

The only reason I set them to spawn there is to see some hostility between them and the McRearies to be honest. Still only at late night, though. Does it make sense for them to be there? Well, it doesn't feel out of place I guess, especially since they (and the Triads) ambush the another gang's (Yardies) drug deliveries all over Broker and Dukes.

 

Yardies are already hostile towards the Albanians and Triads.

 

As for the Russians and Albanians, they aren't hostile towards each others. I can't recall if a rivalry between them exists in the story, but I'll try to look it up.

There is, notably in multiplayer - Bomb da Base comes to my mind. At least the Gang can be made hostile or something, not sure. I still have a hard time figuring out which gang is which, the Petrovics or the Faustins.

According to GT Wiki, it's the Petrovics. I'll make them hostile in a while.

Yeah, I know, but I meant I can't distinguish whether the Russian Gang or the Russian Mob - who are they? Which one of them is the Petrovic Mob and which is the Faustin Mob? They both appear during missions together like one gang and are allied to Niko during the time he works for Faustin.

Both were used for the Faustin/Rascalov Bratva during the story (and not only once). I believe both Russian Mob and Russian Gang belong to both crime families (probably the case with the Bulgarin Bratva as well). Or maybe both belong to the Faustin/Rascalov but only Russian Mob belongs to the Petrovics? Regardless, it's simply that R* wanted to give the Russians more depth by splitting them into richer and more powerful mobsters, and lesser gangsters.

 

I wish they did the same for the Italian Mafia.

 

Anyway:

Oh, true. The Spanish Lords are funny as a gang and seem to be very disorganised. I like to think that they are just a collective outfit of Latin gangbanger, similar to the Hustlers.

  • Certain story characters, police officers, NOOSE, FIB, Italian and Russian mobsters and high-ranking Triads are now more professional in combat.
  • The Albanian Mob now appears in higher numbers in Northern Gardens, and they can now be seen there in every hour of the day.
  • Hustlers now appear in higher numbers in each of South Bohan, Chase Point and East Holland. Also, they can now be seen in Chase Point from evening to morning, and not only at night.
  • Midtown Gangsters now appear in higher numbers in each of Northern Gardens and Little Bay, and they can now be seen there in every hour of the day.
  • Spanish Lords now appear in higher numbers in each of Chase Point, Northern Gardens and East Holland, as well as in South Bohan during daytime hours. Also, they can now be seen in Chase Point in every hour of the day.
  • Bums can now be seen in South Bohan in every hour of the day, and not only at night and early morning. They also can be seen in less hours in Carson Street compared to Tutelo Avenue in Beechwood City.
    Prostitutes can now be seen in less hours in Carson Street compared to Tutelo Avenue in Beechwood City.
  • The bravery of some Street Punks and Jewish mobsters has been somewhat increased.

  • The Lost MC can now be seen in Industrial sometimes at night (due to affiliations with Pretty Boy).
  • The Italian Mafia can now be seen in Grummer Road of Northwood, Tudor and Port Tudor sometimes at night.
  • The Russian Mafia can now be seen in Chase Point (Russian Gang included) from evening to morning, as well as in Charge Island, Acter and Acter Industrial Park sometimes at night.
  • Hustlers can now be seen in Northern Gardens sometimes at night.
  • Triads can now be seen in Fishmarket North sometimes at night.

  • The Russian Mafia and Triads are no longer hostile towards each others (due to the fact that they can be seen teaming up during The Fixer's Derelict Target assassination mission).
  • The Russian Mafia can now be seen in Industrial (Russian Gang included) from evening to morning, as well as in Fishmarket South (Russian Gang included) sometimes at night.
  • Triads can now be seen in East Island City sometimes at night.
  • Prostitutes can now be seen in South Bohan from evening to early morning.

  • Angels of Death MC bikers can no longer be seen in Willis, Northwood (except for Grummer Road) and Colony Island. They also appear in North Holland only from evening to morning now, and not in every hour of the day. Additionally, they can now be seen in Industrial sometimes at night.
  • The Lost MC now appears in Port Tudor instead of Tudor. Additionally, they can now be seen in Boulevard from evening to morning, and also, they now appear in fewer numbers in Industrial.
  • The Italian Mafia can no longer be seen in Berchem. They can also be seen in Cerveza Heights only at night now. Additionally, they can now be seen in Fortside from evening to morning.
  • Yardies can no longer be seen in Carson Street of Beechwood City.
  • Hustlers can no longer be seen in Schottler and Colony Island. They also appear in Steinway only from evening to morning now.
  • Midtown Gangsters can no longer be seen in Little Bay in every hour of the day, but only from evening to morning now.
  • Spanish Lords can no longer be seen in Firefly Projects, Boulevard and Leftwood. They also no longer appear in Cerveza Heights, Northern Gardens and Northwood in every hour of the day, but only from evening to morning (and in fewer numbers than before). Additionally, they now appear in fewer numbers in Fortside.

Most of these changes were done due to the fact that gang activity started to feel over-exaggerated.

  • Gang relationships have been tweaked and balanced - paying more attention to which specific crime family meets up with which crime family from a different mob (ex: Italian and Russian Mafia are now neutral, as the Gambettis meet up only with the neutral Bulgarins, but not the rivaling Rascalovs, who on the other hand meet up with the affiliated Ancelottis), taking less on The Lost and Damned's Gang Wars side-mission status as it's most likely non-canon for the most part, and so on. Not only more suitable for the game's tone, but also for the expected behavior between gangs in 2008 New York/Jersey based setting, where they're still violent, but not to the point where they bring too much heat in so many neighborhoods.
  • Gangs now appear in fewer numbers during midday hours than the rest of the day.
  • Albanian mobsters now appear in Hove Beach and Northern Gardens only at night and dawn.
  • The Lost bikers now appear in higher numbers in Acter.
  • Italian mobsters now appear in Alderney City only from evening to midday, and in Suffolk and Lower Easton only at night and dawn. They also appear in fewer numbers during night in Westdyke now.
  • Irish mobsters now appear in East Island City only from evening to morning, and in Leftwood only at night and dawn.
  • Jamaicans now appear in Schottler only from evening to midday. They also appear in fewer numbers in Willis.
  • Hustlers now appear in East Holland and Acter only from evening to midday.
  • Korean mobsters now appear in Northern Gardens only from evening to midday.
  • Triads now appear in Lower Easton only at night and dawn.
  • Spaniards now appear in Chase Point and Alderney City only from evening to midday.

    It's more believable to see random street fights with street level gangsters than more intelligent mobsters who're more about business than showing respect in purposeless street battles and shootouts (for the most part anyway), which applies to both Italian and Russian mobsters.
  • Angels of Death MC bikers can now be seen in Acter Industrial Park sometimes at night and dawn.
  • The Italian Mafia can now be seen in Acter Industrial Park sometimes at night and dawn.
  • The Russian Mafia now appears in Downtown Broker (Mob group only), South Bohan and Westdyke (Mob group only) from evening to midday, as well as in Lower Easton (Mob group only) at night and dawn. Additionally, they can now be seen in Acter (Mob group only) from evening to morning, and not only at night and dawn.
  • Two additional criminal pedestrians can now be seen in Bohan's streets.

  • Instead of setting gangs to appear "from evening to morning" and "at night and dawn", they can now be seen in neighborhoods they have operation in in every hour of the day, albeit more certainly in some hours when it comes to some of them (ex: the Albanian Mob appearing in Hove Beach most certainly at night and dawn. They still appear the rest of the day, but far rarer and more randomly, with only 2 value).
  • Angels of Death MC bikers can now be seen in Francis International Airport (most certainly at night and dawn), as well as in Northwood (not only Grummer Road) and Colony Island, but rarely (2 value for night and dawn, 1 for the rest of the day).
  • The Lost MC bikers can now be seen in Meadows Park and Francis International Airport (most certainly at night and dawn), as well as in Tudor, Normandy and Westdyke, but rarely. Also, they can no longer be seen in Boulevard.
  • The Italian Mafia can now be seen in Cerveza Heights, Lower Easton, Acter and Berchem, but rarely.
  • The Russian Mafia can no longer be seen in Westdyke. Also, they can now be seen in Rotterdam Hill (Mob group only), but rarely.
  • The Irish Mob can no longer be seen in Berchem. Also, they can now be seen in Northwood, but rarely.
  • Yardies can now be seen in South Bohan, but rarely.

  • Gang influences have been re-arranged in the majority of the city's neighborhoods. They can now be found in fewer numbers in/during neighborhoods/certain hours which they shouldn't have a significant influence in, which also affects street hostilities between gangs, and how often they would occur.
    That makes gang activity far more balanced and suitable for the city and the game's tone.
