Missing mission blips

I installed a mod that added a 3 (if not duplicated) blips. I uninstalled it a moment later because it didn't work as it should, but the blips remained. They didn't cause any problems at that time, but when I unlocked and discovered Las Venturas mission blips began to disappear. Im 99% sure this is the fault of this mod, beacuse no other mod I use adds any blips. Is there any way to remove these blips or at least increase their limit so that the blips from the missions don't disappear? I also do not want to start new game, I am at such a stage that it would make no sense. (I used Save Editor several times if that matters)

i corrected marker here is your clean marker save file https://gtasnp.com/l3FvkW and yea before you save your game again remove that weird mod ok
