how to get the minigun

well the problem here

unlike the other GTA games -vice city, San Andreas ,and liberty city stories-

you will unlock the minigun after the mission "Farewell to Arms"

for 12,000 dollars (sold at the mall's Ammu-nation)

well, getting the minigun in the beginning of the game without cheats or CheatDevice is just impossible

so yeah lcs is better than vcs in this one

correct, though the minigun isn't available at the beginning nor you can find it for free in some specific location either in LCS.

you still need to complete at least the side-mission Slash TV to get the minigun. (though it's still fairly earlier than what you have to wait in VCS)
