Buddy Hightower 943
I still love story-mode. Going to do 1 more play-through with the new content on xbox, then this cowboy is hanging up his spurs!
Jabalous 8,091
I still occasionally boot up the game just to travel around with Marston, and taking in the views in particular, in addition to replaying some Story missions here and there. Other than this, I'm done with the game, and very ready for the next Rockstar experience!

I really want to replay the game, but as I've gotten older, games & movies, etc are too fresh in the memory. I feel like I need time away before I can come back. And now a days, my best experiences with games like these are playing them when the next game has been announced, and we have something to look forward to. i.e, GTA VI. FrankNitti1886 29
I got the game on its release, finished it around xmas that year and started my second playthrough right after that. Im still on that second playthrough, stayed in chapter 2 for like 6 months IRL, did all the sides, A LOT of freeroam, collectibles and crafting. In August I moved into chapetr 3 and now Im in the middle of chapter 4. Still love the game although I would now like to be in the epilogue to try out the new content. Question: Anyone else but me would have liked the epilogue to be like this? Marston owes money for building Beechers (like a lot of money) and we would have to work to pay off that debt. Legal work, robberies, train heists, anything we've learned during the game. Think that would have added some depth and cause to the epilogue 😃

Yep, same here, as good as RDR2 was and still is, I prefer cars over horses, it's just more fun doing random stuff while driving cars and listening to music. Think that would have added some depth and cause to the epilogue 😃 I originally thought this was going to be the case the second John signed the bank loan. It seems like a missed opportunity, deciding whether to engage in honest, fair labor for lower pay or dangerous, high-reward crimes (perhaps even at the risk of alienating your family if you rack up a high enough bounty).
UncleTacitus 136
Still think this game is the finest experience I've ever had with video gaming, and I've been at it for about 30 years. I know I'll go for a third playthrough at some point, but for now I'm content on just sort of travelling around the incredible world that R* created, do a little roleplay-type of thing, enjoy the scenery, and wait for some new mods to arrive.
GinsengElixir 482
Bought the game on release for Ps4, played up to chapter 4, bought an X1X, took about 3 months to finish it. Have my issues with the game but was wuite a unique experience. I've been itching for a replay recently and think I might take the plunge....if I can convince myself that I can control my sessions. Was going to go for PC version but can't be bothered as there's not many mods that interest me. Then was going to wait for next gen but doubt the leap will be worth it. Overall I have not played the game properly for about a year now, save for some failed attempts to restart and not get past chapter 2.

Exactly! This would also make a whole lot more sense as in how Ross finds out about Marston's whereabouts before the events of RDR. I mean, if you finished a certain side mission you will end up with waaay too much money in the end.
