help! gauges turned white on all vehicles

Guys I'm new to the forums I'd just want to ask how to fix this problem on my GTA V. This problem happened only this week after installing a wheel pack mod.

I tried uninstalling the wheel pack. The problem still there. Where can I locate the texture/model files for the speedometers? I tried looking on x64e>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf

but I can't find those texture/model files.

 

All of the vehicle gauges, including my add-on cars are white while driving. Here are some screenshots on my GTA V:

 

 

Inside of an Issi. The instrument panel should not look like this. 

 

 

This Sultan has this problem too. But the gauge face isn't white.  The needles and the warning symbols are turned white. Needles should be yellow or red, right?

 

 

Also this Dodge Diplomat add-on car has no exception to the problem. All of the gauges are white including the radio.
