Paul Bunyan uses an axe and that giant clearly has a spiked club next to it. Paul Bunyan is almost a hundred feet tall an Arthur says in his journal that it might have been 12 ft tall Babe the Blue Ox was also a giant and that cow skull is clearly not a giant. Last but not least Paul Bunyan is a metaphorical story about the merger of two major industries of the time. A tree cutting service, and a river transportation service. I seriously doubt that a Paul Bunyan Easter egg. This is probably more likely what this is pertaining to, so technically it's a Native American Easter egg. According to historical reports they found several skeletal remains that were between 7 and 12 ft tall and all of them had red hair.
