Hi! What is the best spots where you kill/destroy a lot with a rocket launcher, for raising criminal rating fast?

i suggest you to do it one a bridge while some police cars coming to you at the same time. first, block the road with two cars then blow them all while the police are coming.

edit: that way you’ll be blowing up police cars as well so you can get more rate or whatever

Anywhere with your back against the wall so no one can sneak up behind you. I suggest inside of a hangar in the airport and a railgun.

On top of one of the warehouses in Pike Creek, opposite the road leading to the base of the dam. I believe there was even a rampage there in III which involved blowing up vehicles with a rocket launcher. Cops won't swap close enough behind you to even climb the stairs either.
