I'm tempted to buy the cheapest Penthouse in order to complete Agatha Baker's missions as host, which is required for Security Intel prep in new Casino heists. I've done the missions as filler but not as host as I didn't want to buy an umpteeth property...

It's a nice place for me to play blackjack in peace. You get an extra spawn point too. It's the new age "Rooftop Rumble." I head straight to the roof if I load into my penthouse and go to town!

I only drove THE RUNE ZHABA a couple of yards into the Arena, after calling it from my Facility........ And the turning of it caught my eye, it shifts when turning, the wheels don't move.

 

And i watched a YouTube video of someone showcasing it, it only just fits through the door of the LS Customs....... Rockstar need to assess vehicle size before releasing into the game. 

 

the map and buildings in the game was made 6 years ago, Rockstar need to change the Custom garages.  We know its possible for them to remodel buildings (The Casino)

Also can we get a bonus that's significant like 3X Air Freight? The only appealing thing here is the Business Battle bonus.
