I need help with Lesters calls

I am currently Rank 70 and havent received any Lester call for eg wanted level removal or so and started to wonder why that is. I looked it up on Google but I already did every criteria ... do I need to do a special mission of him for it to count? Its so annoying...

Yeah I know. But I didnt receive the call from him to unlock the option. As said I am Rank 70!

Ah. Have you played all of Lesters contact missions?

No not all but like 5-6. Do I need all of them?

Probably not. Have you done the mission Cops Capacity yet? It makes sense if that one unlocks those calls.

Thats what I thougt so..yeah I already did that. I have messaged the Rockstar Support about that also.

I think he started to call me after I gone to the "L" on the map, I remember that triggered a cutscene and after he called me (If i'm remembering right). But I've seen some posts  about Lester not calling, maybe can be a new bug?

I also had that 'L' and after that the Trevor and Ron Cutscene. Last night I was leaving my GTA open in an online lobby for like 5 hours and I was watching videos. No call there..
