Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack contents not given

I purchased this DLC on steam for GTA Online but and when I entered the game for the first time. The only thing I received was the 1 million dollars.

You have to visit stores (in the game or on the phone) and "purchase" everything individually but you don't pay for it.

 

For instance, go to Dynasty 8's website on your phone and look down near the airport. You should see 1337 Exceptionalists Way (10 car garate) is free to purchase. (They should have a $ symbol there). Click to buy and it should be free.

 

Then for vehicles, go to the car sale sites and scroll down. You should see certain vehicles have that $ symbol like the Obey Omnis or Turismo R. You can then get them for free.

 

For guns, go to an Ammu-Nation. For clothes, go to a clothing store and go to the front desk to select outfits. Then click on Racing Outfits, Biker Suits, Stuntman Suits and Import/Export. Select every outfit marked FREE and you'll be given them and also unlock the applicable clothes attached to them.

 

For tattoos, go to a tattoo. Everything from the Biker DLC should be listed as free.
