Lester not contacting me

Hi. I started playing GTA 5 a while back and im currently level 78. Yesterday when i played noticed i could call Lester to remove wanted level, but everything in his menu is locked except "locate a car", "request job" and "set bounty". Merryweather services is locked to except for ammodrop and 1 other thing. I cant seem to figure out why it is like this. Ive visited the "L" on the map and tried to do some of Lester missions and locate cars but it dont work. 

I've read that I need a high end apartment to make him contact me, and I have all that but it dont do anything. Im starting to get really frustrated!

 

Please help!

I have the same problem. Also tried everything. I messaged the Support. Lets see what they say ^^..

If I hear from the support I can do it. They say the answering can take up to 96 hours ^^

Ye I have been having the same problem as well lol , I’m assuming it’s a bug considering I am only level 210 because Rockstar gave me some RP to level up to my account on Xbox for ps4. I’m also goin to contact rockstar and see what they say.

So. Im dont have this issue, but am gonna spitball an idea just incase.

 

Is there any letter what-so-ever on your map? Like for example T (for trevor) you might need to go to any location marked on your map in order to get lester to call

 

or if you guys did the tutorial IIRC there is a "quest" from Ron? that makes you do a survival map (I wonna say the scrapyard one? but might be wrong on the map) you might have to do that as well

I dont have a "T" on the map, and i've never had one too. I didn't do the tutorial so i Ron never called me to tell me about the survival. I've read on the internet that you maybe need to do the survival, so i have done it, but still dont got the abilities unlocked yet
