Hi. I started playing GTA 5 a while back and im currently level 78. Yesterday when i played noticed i could call Lester to remove wanted level, but everything in his menu is locked except "locate a car", "request job" and "set bounty". Merryweather services is locked to except for ammodrop and 1 other thing. I cant seem to figure out why it is like this. Ive visited the "L" on the map and tried to do some of Lester missions and locate cars but it dont work.  I've read that I need a high end
