Ka-Wouter
Hey guys, I'm new to PC gaming and mods and need i some guidance on how to safely install mods for GTAV (Script Hook, Menyoo, OpenIV, etc.) I have a singe copy of GTA V that runs directly fro the new Rockstar Launcher. If possible, i would like to use mods for single player and still be able to play GTA Online without being banned for using mods in single player. I've been going trough several forums and YouTube tutorials, but i get mixed info from them. I just want to do this properly and save, and without the risk of being banned/losing my account. I hope someone can help me out. Thanks and a happy 2020, KaWouter Edited January 3, 2020 by Ka-Wouter

KaWouter What post people do including myself is have two separate folders one clean and one for modding. So when you decide you want to play online you simply delete all the files from the “dirty directory” and then copy over the files from the “clean directory” to play online and vice Vera for when you want to play story with mods. Some say just simply delete the scripthook file and leave the mods in the directory but I wouldn’t do it just to be safe. but be aware this will take up an extra 120GB as you’ll basically have two copies of GTA V so I’d recommend getting a dedicated memory stick to house the folders unless you have a decent SDD Edited January 9, 2020 by ṼirulenⱦEqừinox
