Space Cowboy Posted April 8, 2021 Share Posted April 8, 2021 I was in Colter, west of Cairn lake today, mostly for the collectibles and suddenly I triggered the dynamic stranger event, a rescue of a hogtied women. Did that quickly and then I came back to that place and had a really glitchy freeroam bounty. The wagons just spawned right in the front of me and I also heard some woman yelling "Help me, help me". I don't think that was related to the bounty. I am not sure what happened but I might have triggered the bounty and the rescue freeroam event at the same time. It's weird that it happened so quickly too, you'd think that once you did a stranger event in one area it won't come back so soon. The blur was moving although it was stuck to certain parts of the horse, namely the legs and up on the left haunch and saddlebag. Early on I was getting so pissed at my crappy horse bucking so much I decided to run us down a small waterfall just west of bards crossing. Thinking it would kill us both, it does the opposite. I slingshot up into the air (similar to that bridge glitch at Pikes Basin), horse slides down perfectly while I summersault a dozen times into the air getting a nice view of the Great Plains before tumbling down to crack my spine on a creek rock, barely surviving the experience (Of course I survive the experience, just chalked it up to poor spell casting). Still have a video clip of that somewhere... Second but a more general one, is animals being where they shouldn’t. It creeps me out and I instantly think nefarious Harrietings are afoot. First one I saw was up on the mineshaft building in gaptooth breach and the second most freaky was a deer inside UPSTAIRS at fort brennand. It was pitch black around midnight and felt a cougar or a person waiting for me. I get up to the tower ladder to collect the tarot card and see big beading eyes staring back at me. When I’m collecting I often see bucks rams and cougars, often just motionless looking toward me when I’m near. That has to be Harriet.
