Q's for online and story

Trying to gain the 100% completion but stuck on 97% I'm trying to find the Apolloosa horse but looked at this link https://rankedboost.com/red-dead-redemption-2/appaloosa/ and the horse can't be found. I've tried other links but I think some aren't relevant for 2019. Any way to spawn this horse for story mode?

 

The following questions areas for online mode.

 

2. I've upgraded the moonshine workshop but do I need to complete at least one mission from the lady at the desk (can't remember her name) in order to get the cheapest mash? The max I can make is around $250 by adding  flavour - anything else I can do to increase this amount?

 

3. I have the second outlaw pass and wonder what would the best gun and component to buy? Mainly for bounty, trader roles?

 

4. How do you get a 3 star animal for online? I've only got good and probably fluked it?

3 star animals are easy always aim for the head with either the varmint for small creatures or Springfield with express for larger animals also the angle of attack is sometimes key as in try aim sideways at the animal so the bullet doesnt rip through the body.

 

mash is ordered through the french guy just like the trader role is with the supplies 

 

and for the components um if yo u have already got the dearest component for your favorite weapon it dosent really mater i suppose ?

2. Doing a Bootlegger mission/missions can get mash price to $10.  No, max payout is like $247.50?

 

3. They're cheap enough, buy all 3, barrel length, rifling and iron sights.

2. I have the two upgrades applied. I then select mash, buy then add flavour. It's when I add flavour I can see some customers willing to pay around $247 but takes 90 minutes.

 

Side question: I can see more customers midway through the 90 minutes wait. Does anyone know if you change the flavour, does it increase the value of starts the process again i.e. starts the 90 minutes again?

You can change flavor anytime during production, and no it doesn't restart production.
