I can't install mods correctly by folder mods

Hi everyone.

I created mods>update (pasted there x64>dlcpacks and update.rpf). Installed OpenIV, Scripthook and Addon spawner.

Now mods. Downloaded G63, CLA, Macan.

I opened OPENIV - drop folders to mods>update>x64>dlcpacks and modify dlclist from update.rpf (from mods) and i haven't this cars. But when i put folder cars directly GTAV>update they are working by spawn by Addon spawner but scripthook doesn't work with addon spawner.

What's incorrect?
