Hello, I want to spin the arena wheel but I dont want to be in a ongoing arena job. I just want to be solo in the spectator area to spin the wheel.

Is there any way to achiev something like that?

Yes there is a way, you need to go in ESC menu next online next find "not join next activity" and "OPEN" to the room state. After you can enter your spectator mode without having to play and you can start spinning, actually when match ends you will be asked to join actively and you still press NO to keep staying in spectator mode
