The nano drone should be allowed in setup missions

Such as the patrol route one so you can use your drone to search for the correct license plate

Agreed. Honestly, EVERYTHING should be available during prep missions. From Lester's remove wanted level ability, to using the RC Bandito. We've worked and paid for these things, so why penalise us by blocking them? I couldn't even switch to my saved scuba outfit during some missions. This is nonsensical when these things happen.

Agreed. My arcade stored cars still don't show up in a old heist setup. But my mini tank does? OK. That will be fun for a pac standard xD
