Theory: The fate of the still alive Vice City characters

 feel free to share your theories on what happened to some of the VC characters. I just thought to do this for fun and hope you enjoy the thread.

 

Here's my theory on what happened

 

Tommy Vercetti

 

Sept  1986 - a few weeks after the final events of vice city - (the mansion shootout between Tommy and Sonny)

 

- Tommy and his gang continue growing their criminal empire and avoid any other calls from anyone that's not looking to do any business with him, especially the Haitian and Cuban gang leader that keeps pestering him to work for them but eventually Tommy told them to fk off and fight your own battles. 

 

- The beginning of 1987 - was shot in the chest outside of the Malibu club by an unknown assailant that was performing a drive by shooting. The unknown assailant is revealed to be a cousin of Sonny's and wanted to seek revenge on Tommy for killing Sonny.(I'll just name him Giorgio) While Tommy was in the hospital, his mansion is set on fire and some of his Vercetti gang members were dead, killed in a gang war with Sonny's cousin and his cartel men. A week later, Tommy is released from the hospital and was able to get revenge on Giorgio. kills him by strangulation and knifed in the back while in Giorgio's car. Apparently Tommy spotted him near some alley in Vicepoint and broke into Giorgio's car to wait for him to come back. 

 

- By mid 1989, Tommy decides to put the crime lord stuff behind after everything in his life was starting to fall apart like his gang and empire. He leaves Miami and goes to a drug rehab facility in north of Florida. In his mid 60s in 2015, he lives the rest of his life at this beach house in north Florida. As of 2019, who the fk knows. 

 

(Don't mind me, Tommy is my favorite GTA protagonist and wanted to give him some sort of happy ending.)

 

Ken Rosenberg

 

Sept 1986 - 1989 - continues to be Tommy's Lawyer to get Tommy out of some illegal drug troubles.  

 

Late 89 - he's disbarred and enters rehab in Las Venturas because of his increasing cocaine addiction, leaving Tommy behind which leads Tommy to no longer associate with him.

 

Mid 90s- after the events of San Andreas

Moves back to Vice City and after finding out Tommy is nowhere to be found. he goes into depression and while trying out some cocaine that he had sent to him from an unknown dealer, Sniffs it up his nose and suddenly collapses face first onto his office desk, Dies by drug overdose. It turns out the cocaine had opioids in it which is what killed him. 

 

Candy Suxx

 

1986 - 2019 - Still in the p()rn industry and vows to stay in it until the day she dies of old age. My estimate age for her now would probably be in her late 60s.  

 

Colonel Cortez

 

1987  - dies of a heart attack while on his yacht after having some anxiety attacks, the cause was because he couldn't bare the thought that the stories about Mercedes becoming a lawyer were actually true. 

 

Cam Jones

 

(Only if he survived the bank robbery mission, The Job.) Killed in a police shootout while attempting to rob a small town bank alongside with his two buddies, sometime in 87.

 

Mercedes

 

1987 - After being upset to hear the news about her father passing away, she eventually was able to move on and become the best lawyer in Vice City until the mid 90s. As of the 2000s, she's living a happy retired life with her husband and two kids in another state. 

 

Alberto Robina

 

At the end of 87, he dies of heart failure.

 

Auntie Poulet

 

1988 - was found murdered in her home while Cubans raided Haitians territory. killed by some Cuban assailant that broke into her house. 

 

Umberto Robina

 

1988 - killed in a gang war while helping his Cubans kill the Haitians in, shot in the chest and cajones by the haitians. This was like a few days after Poulet was murdered. The Haitians got so pissed and decided to raid Cuban territory,  

 

Steve Scott

 

by 1990 - he becomes a big time movie director and lives the rest of his life in Vice City. Meanwhile Reni Wassulmaier (The transgender film director from VCS) returns to vice city and becomes Steve's assistant, it's unknown if she's still alive or not. 

 

Alex Shrub

1991 - retired congressman, living the rest of his life peacefully in Miami. Dies by this disease after trying out some giggle cream in thelate 90's. 

 

Mitch Baker

 

1989 - him and several bikers arrested in a biker gang drug bust which was a trap set by law enforcement. Sending them to rot in prison for life. Baker is beaten to death by other inmates while they were having their free time in the courtyard.

 

Phil Cassidy - His fate will be told on the GTA 3 thread since he moved out of Vice City to Liberty City. 

 

The Gangs

 

1990 - which became the year, that Vice City gangs started to vanish like the Haitians, Cubans, Sharks, and Bikers and alot of gang members getting arrested left to right after being caught in drug  busts and smuggling weapons into VC, let's just say there not much of a big part of VC no more. 

 

- The security guards still patrol the mall area but are less idiotic and not attacking people that aren't starting any trouble.

 

I'll be making another thread like this for GTA 3 and San Andreas. San Andreas is coming soon.

Yea I know what it means, I probably made a mistake when typing it up on word since I was doing some re editing on this also, good catch though, I'll just remove the word.

My opinions:

-Tommy - secured his business until the early 90's and later moved out to San Andreas to expand on matters in Las Venturas and Los Santos.

-Ken - on the run in San Andreas, unknown what he's going after at the moment but surely tried to get involved with Tommy again by 1993

-Candy - probably alive and well, still starring in her videos

-Juan Cortez - used to be in hiding in some off-key location but was eventually found by government officials and arrested by 1991

-Cam Jones - I never brought him back in any of my sequel ideas due to his life being dependent on Tommy's actions.

-Mercedes - after her father was arrested she moved together with Tommy to Las Venturas to help him seize control, she was kidnapped and butchered by a disgruntled capo of the Sindacco Family by 1993

-Alberto Robina - unknown.

-Auntie Poulet - died at some point before 1987 from unknown reasons, leaving her nephew Samuel Paraison as the leader of the Haitians until his death in the very same year.

-Umberto Robina - framed and arrested by the VCPD in 1987, then extorted for information regarding his connections with Colombian cartels and Mitch Baker's Biker gang.

-Steve Scott - became a successful enterpreneur and thanks to Tommy went on producing movies in Vinewood by 1993. There he also met Lionel Starkweather, whom he mentored until he became insane and his movies were a failure.

-Alex Shrub - killed in 1987 by my protagonist of the 1987 story I wrote on orders of a rival senator.

-Mitch Baker - his club went worldwide by the 90's leaving him dealing damage on the West Coast by 1993 and making new alliances there.
