Online player rank more than 100?

Firstly, if I open player menu (L) and choose players, it list all players in my session that is online.

 

Now question:  If a player rank if more than 100, how is this possible???  Does it mean that player cheats?

No. After level 100 there is nothing left to unlock, but players continue to earn experience, level up, and collect bonus maps ever 5 levels. Many players have been playing since beta, but anyone who took advantage of the collector role would have had no problem ranking up in a hurry.

I thought player rank went to level 200. The highest I've seen was level 157 or so.

What makes you think, that rank 100 is the limit? Why shouldnt it be possible to rank up further?

I only created a character just before the Frontier Pursuits update came out and I’m already level 154.

 

Leveling up isn’t difficult, I was surprised at how easy it was actually.

Lots of players on here are a much, much higher rank than I am, there was one guy rank 400+ in beta from playing showdowns nonstop.

It's not only possible, but many players are over 100.

I'm 140 and only have started playing Nov.5 on PC.

I recently encountered two players with 'matching' crew gamertags. One was rank 470 something, the other well over 500.

 

I myself am at 209. I'm a daily player (gotta keep the challenge streak at max). I guess anyone over 500 would have done some AFK rank boosting at some point.

 

As for questioning rank 100 + ... It's easily done unless you barely dip into the game.

Level 210 reporting in. After the roles were introduced the levels just started flowing in, it is so much easier to earn XP now than it originally was.

 

I could be a lot higher, if I didn't spend so much time riding around doing nothing =P

I'm a hair from rank 354. Although I rarely see higher ranking players that much, they're out there.

Level 401 here. All I did between week 3ish of the beta (when I jumped in) to the Frontier Pursuits update was hunt. Hunting nets you exp for the kill and that amount again once you skin. In earlier levels where the total xp needed to level was MUCH lower, it was easy to move quite quickly along. When FP launched and collector came, leveling became lightspeed as you got a disproportionate amount of exp for digging up an item (150-300) and then the same again for picking up the item. Additionally, whole collector sets give you 1500xp so when I turn in my 7 sets daily that's 10.5K exp. 

 

Fun fact, it takes me 21,200 exp to level up now.

I'm currently lvl 204, day one player, deleted my beta character who was lvl 151, and had a secondary lvl 161 who i do not play anymore. most folks who started at beta are around 200/ 500 with exceptions around 600.

 

so no, not all above 100 are cheaters lol

Day one player, my main account is rank 195 and my second account started about 1.5 months into BETA is 183.....And some how I manage to hold down a full time job and take care of the house lol

Since they added the 20xp bonus for kills in free aim leveling up is a breeze; I started a new character on PC when it released on Steam less than a month ago and I am already at level 100+

Well, I am rank 92 and I believe my husband is pushing 100 right now. Completely legit. I know that going around and collecting/turning in stuff for Madam Nazar gets you a sh*t ton of XP. I've leveled up everything other than Moonshine, plus I do a lot of the random events when they pop up. Already been hearing a lot of people in chat "calling out" people who are level 80+, calling them haxx and modders blah blah blah. It's not that hard to get to 100+ in this game.

I don't play any PvP parts of the game at all. Not even for the daily challenges.

I’m 350 I think and only play showdowns for dailies and even then when I get the 3 kills or whatever I exit to free roam, got what I required and left.

Wouldn't even say that the "majority" of the 200-300 level players are PvPers these days. Collector is insane exp and boosted a ton of people up to high levels. The 600-700+ people though have likely played a ton of PvP.

I'm rank 435. Been playing legit from day 1.

Over 100 is entirely possible especially with the Outlaw pass. I started about 3.5 months ago and am already rank 167. 

 

And that is even with getting pissed off and only doing dailies since the sh*tfest that Moonshiners brought to this game.
