Problem with Launcher and Social Club Webiste

Hello everyone,

can you please help me. 

 

I can't reach the Social Club Website with Chrome. I did change DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 already and it didn't work. I have no clue. 

 

And the other thing is that when start the Launcher it comes a note that says: That I'm in Offline Mode; Can't connect to Online Mode; That I didn't login on this device yet.

 

Yeah thats my Problem. I really hope you can help me.
