Need Help with opening these .dff files from madagascar and help repacking all files into a .stream file

Hello there, i have been to many forums for help on this but it seems like this forum is my last resort. So theirs this other Render Ware game called Madagascar that was made in 2005 and i always played this game. Anyway,  i still play this game and i have recently made hacks for it using cheat engine. But now i want to full on mod the game and so far i am very close to doing it , i just need a little help in doing so. Someone made me this render ware stream file (For quick BMS) : https://gamebanana.com/scripts/9860 ... And it actually extracts all the files from the levels of the game that are .stream files and inside these streams are character .dff files and i can tell there character dff files becuse of the playable characters names being them e.g. 15_Gloria.dff. So i went and got a tool witch allows you to veiw and extract stuff from the gta game dff files, but it doesn't seem to work on these madagascar ones, i'm not sure if it's because it is a different version of render ware but i would be really thankful if someone could fix this problem for me. And yes i have used render ware analysis and it has detected some stuff in the extracted files but i still can not see anything or extract any textures or models

Now i'm not done yet, this one should be easier than the last one but anyway, could anyone find me some sort of softwere that can repack all the files of the level into one .stream file again. if you don't know what to start , just look at the BMS script i sent a link to above. Thanks, means alot :)
