KiloZulu
Between the bugs, the server crashes, and the hackers, RDO appears to be a game that is still far from ready for official release. Had I known the state of the game's development, I never would have bought it. It was not my desire to pay to be a game tester. StyxTx
The main priority is to make sure people have to share servers with hackers and cheaters. They'll fix a solo lobby glitch in a heartbeat. All the game play fixes that need to be done take the back burner.
Krommer
It is even worse lately. It is way worse now than when I was IN the beta for it (I'm on Xbox One.) I get the revolver "spinning wheel" load screen WAY too often. Especially on Jan 2-3. It is hard to get in to play at all, even at 1 am. I tried to do an appearance change, both in game and from the benefits/section before you get in game. In both cases, I get the spinning revolver forever load screen. I BARELY got on long enough earlier to make "strong moonshine", then drink my own strong moonshine (you only need to start making it), for my daily streak of 100 to continue; That took a whole hour, on lunch from work. Most of the times were me looking at the spinning revolver forever, or I got in game and could not enter the moonshine shack (or switch to weapon wheel, or call my horse, so had to restart then too.) After work, Jan 3 after 1 am, I'm having the same thing happen. AH, finally got in game after coming here and posting this. Guess I'm lucky I'm not trying to play on PC, with the hack/cheat stuff. Uhmmm you could've done some research first..., not saying your wrong but still. I bought RDR2 on pre order cause i loved and still love RDR1, the single player is still great, i was a day 1 beta player in RDO too. Couldnt play RDO for almost a year due to the disconnects every 10-15 minutes until latest patch, but yeah it is still full of game breaking bugs. R* should be very ashamed of them selves. The only thing in game that never had 1 bug is the gold bar store that was released in the first update... DentureDynamite and Krommer
Krommer
The single player is really great, but I started having so much fun in Online that I'm only 33 percent in single player Frontier Pursuits, especially, really got me into Online. Actually, I HAVE been playing Online a lot (since the beta.) I've never had the problems that I've had lately. The weird thing is, with GTA Online you'd think they had a LONG time to get this thing right. The amount of trouble they have been having, especially lately, is kind of a surprise. It makes me think they were trying to fix some stuff, then broke other stuff.

I think all they learned is how to squeeze more money out of the gold bar store, its the only thing that is bug free form day 1 when they implemented it in the early fase of the beta period, hell it even was the very first update we got ! Maybe they fired a lot of people after the slavery scandal they pulled on there employees/devs and put some students on the payroll to manage stuff in RDO, i dunno... I've gone thru the story mode several times and still playing it. Imho they are bussy squeezing every penny out of RDO by working as cheap as possible, no dedicated servers cause that costs money, low on devs or people working on it ? I think its a matter of being very greedy, they better get their sh*t together before april when Cyberpunk and some other big games come out cause if Cyberpunk becomes a succes ( and i think it will) and they also come up with a great multiplayer/online part in that game (they plan to) the RDO player base will take a very big hit. Im sure even GTAO will take a nose dive when it comes to their player base, if Cyberpunk gets it right. From what ive seen and know about the company that creates Cyberpunk its gonna be huge ! the Witcher 3 is also created by this company and was really really good, imagine...
