Do you think GTA VI will have a kd system and do you think GTA Online will be a try hard fest?

Do you guys think that the Online, Will be full of try hards like GTA V online was? Or do you think Cockstar will do a better job and evenly balance the game? I'm wanting people's opinions here, some people like the the competition and some people like to be left alone. Do you think rockstar will just make a lobby just for all out wars or will it just be like free mode now. Really looking to hear your opinions guys and lady's!

Criteria for a better GTA:

Less/No focus on player K/D.

 

Less/No player icons on world map.

 

More grounded world.

 

Unless the next game has at least two of the above, it'll be the same sh*tshow that V was.

Yet thousands of people played it through all the gripes, and downright baffling mistakes R* has made.

95% of people who say they won't buy VI are lying, including me.

Probably the most perfect representation of the GTA Online *tryhard* community. You dislike being called a tryhard when you're displaying yourself as such in game and on this forum, then get offended when someone tells you what you're portraying yourself as. Tryhards and griefers like to claim they are making Rockstar money because they imagine all their targets get butthurt and go buy shark cards. I find it hard to believe that this would be common. Rather I think most shark card purchases are simply made by wealthy people (or their children), and having a terrible experience in the game most likely has the effect of driving people away who could be spending money on the game.

 

The PvP system in RDR2 kind of confirms this, but at the end of the day only the number crunchers at Rockstar know what really incentivizes shark card purchases.

 

In addition, from what I've seen of the tryhard community is they are also well versed in money glitches, so Rockstar probably won't miss them.

Rockstar skipped the "Player deaths" in RDO and just grouped it with overall deaths which is a good choice. Could be the playerbase but players in RDO don't just randomly shoot at you for no reason because there's no point, all you get is your hostility up and a bigger bounty on your head.

 

But imo it's just one stat in a sea of stats that R* are known for. I feel like if you base your entire playstyle trying to maintain that one stat, you need to rethink your life choices.
