Bad rendering in the video editor

My problem is the following: last year I recorded some scenes in the gta iv with the video editor that were rendered quite well being my medium requirements pc. And recently I resumed with new videos, and when I render them they look bad quality. Niko's face looks like "pixelated", the textures look bad and other things that if I compare them with the first videos, it shows that they look bad. I did the same steps as usual (I render at 720p) and now they look like this. Try reinstalling the game, try to patch it, try to leave it from scratch and even then the problem persists. Will there be any solution for this? I insist, my PC is not very good resources but even then it was from there that I rendered the first videos that looked good. Thank you!!!
