[SA] English language pack for United Russian Mod/Criminal Russia?

Does anyone have the English language pack for build 003 of the San Andreas mod Criminal Russia? I found a link on the gamewatcher website via google, but that just leads to the moddb page and the language pack isn't there anymore.

Nevermind about the language pack, I found a version that already had English built in. But I have another problem: the minimap is not inside the speedometer/radar ring, making it hard to read. Anybody got a fix for that?

 

EDIT: Also, all the cars have their default names, is there a way to change that?
