Insert GTA 4 Savegame 100% problems

Hello, I've bought me today GTA 4 and don't want to play the whole Story. Therefore I've downloaded a 100% Savegame. When I want to load it in the Game it doesn't work. They said I should check the hard disk drive. What can I do now?
