So I did all of the heists in order with the same people so that me and another one of my crew (both of us didn't have the all in order bonus) would get the million, and also so that we would all get the loyalty challenge. All of us got the loyalty challenge somewhere in Series A (because they were on that heist when I got the game, they had been playing with randoms previously). At the end of Pacific Standard finale, the other person who didn't have the bonus got it, but I didn't despite not joining any other heists excluding Casino/Doomsday (both of which they joined too). I contacted rockstar support but haven't gotten a response for a week, so I came to here for help.
