Rockstar support keeps saying that these are character bound and that when you delete your character you lose the timed exclusives if you claimed them with that character ? This cant be true right ? My younger brother logged on after many months and his characters appearance was reverted back to his old/former character, and so was his rank, but all his timed exclusives were gone too... I am going back and forth with R* support over this and they keep saying he deleted his character manually and timed exclusives are character bound... I think they are trying to sell me a load of crap, i cant imagine this isnt account bound. We play from day 1 early beta and went thru the whole sh*t show it was back then. Well its very strange that my brothers character is reverted back to his former character, appearance, rank, and is the reason he lost all his timed exclusives because of that, and thats not Sony's fault. He claimed all his timed exclusives on his last made character, because he started over a couple a times to get the appearance he was finally happy with, and so did i. Rockstar really screwed him over, something went very wrong on my brothers account and they wont acknowledge this, they keep ducking this fact. At least they could compensate him in some sort of way, but every time i write something back in the support ticket the reply comes from a different support employee that doesnt even read the discussion you had with the former ones. His rank and his appearance are the main things. Red chestnut Arabian. The alligator saddle, high roller revolver and such is less important but still... All this PS4 exclusive things were only free for the first month, then they were also available on XBox and they cost $ on PS4. So yes they are character bound. The horse was just the one he stole from the tutorial IIRC. The saddle had to be bought, and still does. As far as the High Roller Revolver goes, he might be out that, since that was a GTAO thing. The horse is crap, the outfit is crap, and the gun is crap. If he has the UE, the Black Chestnut Thoroughbred is a way better horse. Why are you trying to make a big fuss out of this ?
