Lewis Bel Avispa
I've recently been grinding and saving up a bunch of money for a supercar. As I'm not that good at racing, I'd prefer a supercar that handles very well so I can drive it in free roam and do some racing with it. Is there any supercar that can balance good handling with decent speed and acceleration? I heard people say the Zentorno as a budget choice, but I kinda want to show off too. Is there a supercar between 1m-2.5m that fits my impossible demands(with handling as top priority)? People have been saying the Dewbauchee Vagner is great and I'm going to buy it unless you guys provide some better alternatives. Not in a rush though. Bonus question: I've heard people talk smack about Overflod cars(Entity XF, Entity XXR, Tyrant, Autarch). Are they really that bad with the advanced flags and are they worth their costs? Joe Biden
Zentorno is the best budget choice, Vagner is the fastest for you situation. Personally I’d take a look at the Nero too since it looks nice and is a great all rounder that’s easy to drive. Don’t upgrade it at bennies since the regular one looks nicer. The entity XXR and Tyrant are ruined by handling flags but the other 2 cars are perfectly serviceable. The entity XF is rather slow by todays standards but also rather cheap while the Autarch is one of the fastest supers.

HamwithCheese
If you're going racing, sadly the most expensive cars will blow the vagner out of the water unless they're sh*t drivers. MARINA
You pay for what you get these days, from a hotlappers perspective I would say that the very best cars for racing in order to increase your chances of getting the highest winning payout would befitting to the Deveste Eight, Kreiger, S80RR, Emerus and Tezeract. You could alternatively go for the slower (albeit not too slow) options such as the Vagner, Autarch, X80 Proto, Nero or Nero Custom and RE-7B. Do not go for the Zentorno, it is not even worth racing in these days. All of the Overflod vehicles besides the Autarch aren't worth a purchase either. My personal favourites for racing against randoms is: 1. Tezeract 2. Deveste Eight 3. Vagner/ Autarch 4. Nero (not upgraded)/X80 Proto Edited December 27, 2019 by MARINA Nefarious_Poundcake and SummerFreeze
Marciliojunior01
Just buy an emerus, is the only supercar you need. The others are only there for looks.
Nefarious_Poundcake
I’d probably go with the D8 if you are new to racing in GTA. Seems to me to be the most stable. (Racing is more like a demolition derby) Its ugly to me though. So maybe the Krieger. As far as I know it’s up in the front pack of supers. And it seems to be a little easier to manage than the Emerus. Might be be a good idea to test out some stock ones in a race and see what you like the feel of before you commit. Taterman
For easy handling, a T-20 is a good choice.

CupcakePegasus
Price/performance: Vagner/Autarch Absolute best atm: Krieger/Emerus My favorite : Annis S80RR in races , Also Deveste Eight in free roam. But its long wheelbase can be issue in tight slow speed corners

I would recommend the Krieger over the Emerus. The Emerus is really rear happy and requires more concentration for consistently fast laps, which is arguably more fun, but not good if you only care about winning races. The Krieger is more forgiving, to the point that you can drive it mindlessly and still not make any mistakes, which is ideal.
Lewis Bel Avispa
I'm definitely not going to spend too much on a supercar, so the Emerus and Krieger are out of the question unless absolutely necessary. Does the Nero handle good? I know the Vagner handles very well but I just don't want to spend too much, so is the Nero similarly good as the Vagner in terms of handling? If it is, I might consider it. I'm also gonna look at the Tezeract, which is on sale at the time of writing.
Nefarious_Poundcake
Get the Tezeract while it’s on sale. DDRazorback
SummerFreeze
To note here the Tezeract is not affected by Catchup when in the lead. Nefarious_Poundcake and Taterman
dc16a2
I would wait for a sale. I've picked up several supers for 30 or 40% off just by waiting a few weeks. Although pricey, I think the Kreiger is the best overall for most people. Edited December 31, 2019 by dc16a2

Annis S80RR It will go over your budget of 2.5m, bit what you get is a dedicated Group C racecar that will give the Krieger and the Emerus a run for their money on tight and technical tracks. It's not the fastest in the class solely because it's engine doesn't produce the same insane amount of power as the Emerus and the Krieger, also I believe that this car produces more downforce and drag than the top 2 which in theory, should make it slower on straights. Still, if you're into racecars, then do look into this.
dc16a2
Just like I said -- both the Krieger and emerus are on sale now for 25% off. Edited January 3, 2020 by dc16a2

MechanicMammal
If you want to Race then really the choices are the Emerus or Krieger (the krieger is easier to drive). The Vagnor was king before these cars were released but it does fall behind these 2 now.
