Sawed off shotgun: Hip-fire vs aiming down sights?

I’ve noticed the character animation for hip-firing  the Sawed Off shotgun has the player using both hands to support the gun. While ‘aiming down the sights’ only has the player using one hand to hold the shotgun, with no shoulder support.

 

So my question is: does the sawed off shotgun have better accuracy & less bloom when hip-firing?

hipfiring lets you fire faster, i imagine rapid firing a sawed off while holding it with one hand would launch it out of your hand
