Snow was cool for about a day...

Recommended Posts

People complaining about it, cuz it hinders their combat or limits their ability to see...please quit your whining. They add cool features to a game to make it more immersive, and people shoot it down.

The game is easy enough as is, I liked the added challenge the snow and temperature drops provided. Who cares if I was slightly less effective in combat, or had to take it a bit slower in the woods because of limited visibility. It was a very nice and enjoyable change of pace, and it felt more like a real world, having an actual winter (even if it was only for a brief time).

I really hope we get dynamic seasons in RDO someday. Immersion in games is a great thing imo. Anyway, it was great while it lasted...I grew up in the north and now live in the tropics, haven't seen real snow in over 20 years, so it was grreat to have it where my character spends most of his time. I'll just have to visit boring Ambarino if I want snow now lol.

I was pleasantly surprised, it made the game feel more alive. Sometimes it felt, like SP - I applaud the snow.

I found the snow annoying after about 2 hours. I am glad it is gone.
If there was an alway sunny/ clear weather option/mod for single player i would play with it enabled like i do in Fallout 4.
Playing online i just wish for more good weather and less bad weather. The added fake snow added more bad weather.

359 summer days, 6 days or less of snow.... enough to make people complain lol

I liked a lot, Tall Trees looked amazing, like in the first RDR, at least we are going to see snow again one last time in new years eve

What are the chances of another blizzard for New Years?

Most likely since it'll return to GTAO.

The rare Southern San Andreas snowfall phenomenon may have subsided, but forecasters do expect a return just in time to say goodbye to 2019.

Snow, no snow, I don't really care either way.

But how is it immersive riding through snowfall with your sleeves rolled up because the game says you're sweating on your horse.

If there has to be snow, then I prefer a blizzard like yesterday. At least it's cold-cold.
