[Mechanic Fees]

Each item listed below represents a garage and therefore each represents a $50 daily mechanic fee.

Items marked with an * indicate that these garages (and $50 fees) are not optional and will come with the purchase of the associated property.

A dual charge exists in the case of the Casino Penthouse garage. Refer to the Casino Penthouse section for details.

Dynasty 8 Apartment/Stilt Apartment (regardless of size)*
Dynasty 8 Garage (regardless of size)
Motorcycle Clubhouse*
Office Garage 1
Office Garage 2
Office Garage 3
Facility*
Nightclub Service Entrance*
Nightclub Garage B2
Nightclub Garage B3
Nightclub Garage B4
Arena Workshop*
Arena Workshop B1
Arena Workshop B2
Casino Penthouse Garage
Arcade Garage

Vehicle Warehouse* (Special case, this one. It's not listed when viewing your selection of garages as it's not a personal garage no personal vehicle can be stored here, however a $50 mechanic fee applies to this property. This, however, is the only daily fee associated with owning a Vehicle Warehouse)

Hangar* (again, does not come up on your garage list as it's a hangar, obviously, but a $50 mechanic fee nonetheless applies to this property regardless of whether or not you've purchased the aircraft workshop).

There is no mechanic fee for using a Terrorbyte to garage the Oppressor MKII.

There is no mechanic fee for having a Mobile Operations Center with the Personal Vehicle Storage interior selected.

[Miscellaneous]

There's a "weekly cleaning fee" of $50 attached to executive offices that appears to be broken or bugged from what I can tell. I've seen it on both of my characters who own offices, but in both cases only once (after the first in-game week of owning the office) and never again.

I did notice that before the cleaning fee was incurred, my office did gradually become messy, but not the kind of mess associated with owning cargo warehouses. There were no money piles or contraband goods lying around. Rather, it was more like the Casino Penthouse mess with empty bottles, glasses, and dirty ashtrays piling up. It was all cleaned up once I was charged with the fee and it hasn't happened since. Since I can't imagine why R* would implement a "weekly cleaning" fee that occurs just once and never again, I assume this mechanic is broken.

That's it.

So owning everything how much are my daily fees?

(I’ll take away the orbital cannon fee of course)

Does the nightclub security upgrade have a daily fee?

I never bought it because I never get raided anyway.

So basically it's "who cares?" As you can earn the daily fees in about 2 minutes. I totally ignore them as I couldn't care less about them

Well, I found out I should have never bought the orbital cannon, as I've never used it and it costs me $400 in daily fees.

Man, I remember back in the day when We only had like 3-600 in daily fees for our apartments and garages. Heck, maybe even less so.

Ah, the days when I ran my low-key Sandking XL Import/Export Garage in Sandy Shores. Made a fine side dollar.

Does anyone else find a new session when the fee feed starts rising up the page and before it hits the $9,400 bunker fee?

Or am i just tight :D?

Some people even disconnect from the network to avoid fees. While doing heist preps.

I usually do it unless I'm in the middle of something. If I've afk'd while doing other things when double money on bunker I always change sessions before I register as CEO 🤣

I'm still concerned about the 54 million Bunker fee for the PC. It hasn't hit me, but I'm kinda forced to keep it closed as I don't want to bother with timers while doing heist prep work.

- Without registering as an MC? $17,875 every 48 minutes. 😱

Guilty. 🤪

If I'm not grinding in a solo session, I jump back & forth between invite only & the creator.

Very helpful when doing the preps for the Casino Heist, saves on the drive back to Paleto Bay as well.

Holy smokes! Thanks for putting that togther. I try and run a few vip jobs and some nightclub work to break even with the daily fees. I used to do dailys to cover them but cant be f*cked anymore.

We can shut some of these things down though right?

Only the MC businesses and the Bunker, should lower your bill by $39,400.

I used to switch session always but I've since shut my bunker down so I can stay as CEO and only pay the mechanic/assistant/utility/penthouse/arcade fees, which I keep reasonably low... so low it's not worth switching session over it. (Which takes time that I could use to make more money than the fees cost.)

I did once or twice but I'm lazy and just stopped doing it. I'm terrible with money so that wouldn't even help me. I stay registered as a CEO all the time even when afk, I blow up my PV instead of using the MC menu to return it, I buy all the new cars just to see the customization and swap properties a lot. I've swapped my office at least 5 times and payed for all the upgrades each time. Swapping sessions just to save 50k wouldn't help me much.

Yes, the passive income covers a little bit.

Haha the building is quite cool...more interesting exterior than my one near Eclipse towers.

I think the Grapeseed one looks best.

But for actual playing the heist including prep I don't think the Vinewood can be beat. I also got an Eclipse Towers apartment for heist teleport, and I can land aircraft / airdrop getaway vehicles onto the boulevard, plus the garage door is right on the front, too.

I have the Strawberry Arcade near the arena. Seems fine.

However if you shut them down they no longer feed the nightclub....

Basically I have everything open but since I never enter MC mode it isn't that bad.

Been thinking about closing down weed farm and forgery since I never allow those to fill me nightclub anyway.

However the bunker will need to stay open to supply nightclub.

I haven't bought or stole supplies for any business since the nightclub came out.
