Cops

I was wondering if anyone in here ever experienced a cop van roaming around while doing a sell mission as part of an MC crew. The thing is, this isn't a typical cop that shows up with a wanted level. You can hear sirens in the background but no wanted level. The car that's roaming around is a van instead of the usual cruiser or SWAT SUV you see in 4 stars. I stumbled upon this twice while being a recruit for a biker MC. When I approach the vehicle one of the cops says "I need your help" and stops the van. Two cops come out and stand there with shotguns. I haven't been able to figure out what these cops need help with because as soon as the MC finishes a sale, they say" this mission is over" and they leave. Does anyone know what this is about?

That’s the Packie McReary mission.  Rescue him by stealing the police van and delivering him to a checkpoint to use him in parts of the casino heist.

Thanks for the info. Any way to trigger this without being in the middle of a sale mission?

From what I’ve seen it’s random.  I got it with 1 friend in a solo pub lobby during a arcade heist setup mission.

If you feel like wasting half an hour, you can park in front of Ammu Nation by Ft Zancudo.
