Rarest Items you own in GTA online?

I also have a normal, standard, stock Faction, but with the hood bulge.  Not sure how rare that actually is, but I had to use a glitch from back in the day to get it, since R* can't be bothered to add the option to the LSC.

Those aren't really rare, are they? Just requires some merge glitching.

The Stallion roof options are saved as extra_1 (folded roof), extra_2 (soft roof), or extra_3 (solid roof), so when merged with a car that has extra_1 and extra_2 it will create this "roof spoiler". It's actually the folded roof sticking through the soft roof.

 

Hidden Michael in the BeeJay XL is extra_5; this is also how you can get Mr. Raspberry Jam on a Bodhi in Online.

I don't have rarest thing but I quite like to have outfits made or modified with PC outfit menu. Even adding CEO armor over some tops or tight boots over pants is impossible in 2019, while every update adds sh*tons of useless masks and +50 low resolution camo punk-à-chien coats. I like some new outfits from Casino though, but they come very late...

I won a Crosswalk t-shirt on a rockstar twitch stream... I also somehow got dev t-shirts (all 3 of them) and most, if not all, radio t-shirts.

Also Faction with a bulge hood... And, well, this is not a good indication of rarity, but looking at YT and this forum and Discord, I'd guess that it's pretty rare - the award for completing all elite challenges for the casino heist.

Stock wheels on a few of my cars. Every PV I see either has Bennys or custom wheels on it. Insurgent Pick Up Custom without the gun on the roof it's very easy to do but I haven't seen one yet.

 

Nothing is really rare these days. Beer hats and a lot of the rare clothing was easy to get with the gender change glitch and vehicles like the stock Faction and BJ with Michael in the back and unobtainable liveries are very easy to get with merge glitches.

I have the kifflom shirt but that’s not really rare, was kind if like winning the lottery some got it some still haven’t.  Most of the radio shirts/beer hats.  Sadly all the cars from the old days “hearse, tailgater, etc” can be bought now although I still have the unaffiliated gang cars from the 360 days.  But with all the glitches what is rare anymore.

Eh, probably nothing in the sense of rarity that you guys are talking about. My version of rarity would = rarely used. My two oldest vehicles are the hardtop convertible Sentinel and the original Dune Buggy. Again, not technically "rare" but nobody uses them as often as I do.
