Here you will find the lastest and official version (v5), there you will also find the required information for its installation and usage but also some complementary mods. That said, it is not recommended to download mods from sites like GTAALL, GameModding, GTAViceCity or Libertycity since are repacked with dangerous links and/or corrupted/missing files. Always get the mods from their official sources.
