GTA SA CAR SOUND PROBLEM

So i did with the help of Alci SAAT an Custom Lampadati Casco Sound Mod For My GTA SA

But the problem is that when i start up the car which has the sound,The engine doesn't give sound at all,it's just plain silence,it doesn't even give the original car sound which means it works but it just doesn't sound at all,Can anyone help me on this?

you better use modloader don't edit audio files using Alci SAAT
