Lost Car

I got on GTA online the other day and I looked in my garage, everywhere on the map and I lost my Devisty Eight. I called the insurance there was no car. And when I went to call the mechanic for the first time I called them it said it was destroyed and then I called them again and it was no longer there. It wasn’t at the impound and I looked everywhere and couldn’t find it. Can I have some help because this car was 2 million dollars all up including upgrades. P.S. I did have it insured because I had crashed it multiple times and got it back.

Submit a ticket to Rockstar. They'll verify if the vehicle was purchased and refund you. They won't give you the car, just the money.

I submitted a ticket like 2 days ago how long till they will respond?

I'm afraid no one here can give you any answer to that. This is not a official R* forum so no one really knows but some people might have suggestions based on their experience with R* support 

 

Edit: someone might have experienced something similar and might have a solution to the problem also

A friend of mine had this problem with the Krieger, contacted rockstar and got refunded three days later. Also, considering the time of year, it might take a little bit longer for you.
