The Time Ranger
With your eyes obviously. But really what means do you avail of to watch tv and movies, is it a streaming service, or maybe you raise the skull and crossbones. Myself it's mainly Netflix, I don't pirate because I don't want the hassle of my isp bothering me and viruses fúcking with my device. Aside from Netflix I use the library, my local library has a very good selection of dvd's, from the most recent big blockbusters to more indie titles, it's a great service. I used to have a tv subscription, Sky it's called, if you're european they'll sound familiar, but they cost too much and gave too little back, also f*ck advertisements, life's too short for that. They still coldcall every few months asking why I left, like a demented ex. Billy Russo and Mister Pink

I used to have Sling tv but it had terrible buffering and freezing issues while Hulu has been flawless so far. Netflix HBONow I use Crackle from time to time I had Disney+ but let the free trial run out until they get newer content Youtube Edited December 23, 2019 by Is this The Guy? Guest
DvD's and Bluray. Occasionally BBC Iplayer, Sony video, Netlfix, Sky Movies and Amazon Prime. For music YouTube is my most abused site. Because I only watch what interests me I can go the whole year without paying for a service. If I do pay to watch something it's costs no more than £1. paperbagdude
I generally use Netflix and Viaplay for some good old binge watching, while the Blockbuster application for PS4 is a cheap and legitimate way to watch movies that has been released recently or are not available on other paid streaming services. It's like 4-7 dollars for 48 hour access (or rent) depending on how fresh the movie is, which I think is fair if it is a movie you're dying to watch. Algonquin Assassin
Netflix and other streaming services. I still watch DVDs/Blurays too because like games I still like to physically own them. However the convenience of streaming is hard to top considering the availability on various devices. And to think 20 years ago all we could watch was VHS or whatever was on broadcast TV. How times change.

Mister Pink
I used to pirate but gave it up. Maybe it's the filmmaker in me. I hate to think I'm watching someone's work and they don't get a cent from it. So, I'm using Netflix. And there's ample enough stuff there. However, I really should get HBO as my favourite TV series have all come from there. Also, YouTube. I spend a lot of time on YouTube. I subscribe to a lot of channels. I get so many podcasts, tutorials, review shows. Between Neflix and YouTube, I'm sorted, really. We're absolutely spoiled for choice these days. I can't understand how anyone can still watch TV. It's mind-boggling. All the ads. My parents are obviously older and they don't seem to get Netflix. They don't know what to choose. Like they can't turn something off if they don't like it. Oh and I frequent a thing called the cinema I think cinema is dying out, which is a sad. Algonquin Assassin 1 𝙼𝚄𝚂𝙸𝙲 𝙽𝙾𝙽 𝚂𝚃𝙾𝙿

Arrows to Athens
I used to watch on streaming sites like Putlocker and 123movies, but now I just torrent them via uTorrent.
Virtual-Antics
Mostly Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Youtube. I've got Sky+ HD but haven't used it in months. Also, I've got subscriptions for Fite TV and the WWE network for PPVs. I'm still pretty old school when I want to be. There's an old VHS player stashed away in a cupboard somewhere and I still own some videos. Over the Christmas period, I used an old analog telly to play some retro games and watch dvds which made me feel nostalgic. Billy Russo
Netflix. I like their selection. Their originals are good enough for me, and whilst the movies could be better selection wise, I usually find something to watch. For me, it's nice to have more niche movies to watch anyways and you find some hidden gems if you look hard enough. Also I can't lie that their selection of British sitcoms keeps me coming back more than the new stuff. Being able to re-watch episodes of Fawlty Towers, Only Fools and Horses, Bottom, Royle Family, Extras etc is worth subscribing alone.
J Dilla
I pirate with a trusted private torrent tracker, one for film and another for series, then play the files on vlc. Arrows to Athens
DexMacLeod
I'm a total mooch so I use my brother's Hulu, Disney+, and CBS All Access, my mom's amazon prime and netflix account, and a buddie's HBO. For newer movies I usually go through Kodi or openload. I've got a few shows I watch through cable/DVR and the WWE network, those are the only things I actually pay for. Geisterfaust
It's complicated. I like to see a lot of French movies, that some people would call art-house and the only way of getting this stuff is buying it physically. Something could be found on channels like Arte, but mostly it's physical DVD. Especially if we're talking Criterion collection. And I pirate some stuff, that is hard to find. Basically, if I can't buy the thing in local store I love and easily order via Amazon, I'm going to download it. If I like the movie and want to watch it, I'll order it. I have box collections of several french filmmakers and I have the same movies pirated on my HDD, because it's easier to rewatch. I don't watch series now, but if something comes up, I'm going to use Netflix.

This is the same for me. I was paying almost $200 for cable and internet. I removed the cable and got a larger internet package and saved over $100. Now I got internet, all the streaming services, and Hulu + Live for much much less than if I still had cable.
