Persistent Posse - members exiting posse?

Hello all. I started up playing the PC version on steam. I created a persistent posse with the Persisten posse fee waiver that Rockstar gifted to us. I set up the posse as type “persistent” with a small camp (1-4 players apparently) and I set it in the Cumberland forest. 
 

I then invited two of my friends on steam as soon as they were finished the intro. They joined, I could see them in the posse member list, and we spent the next hour or two messing around, finishing our evening with some poker in Valentine.

 

Well, I got back online today - neither of my friends were online, mind you - and I started playing. I went to look at the posse again and noticed that I was the only one listed as a member. I thought - that’s odd .... maybe because they are not currently online?? But that makes no sense, because it seemed as if I could add up to 3 more people to my posse. What if the two friends I had already added got online later? Would they be squeezed out if I had added three more members? What setting am I missing that they are supposed to remain in the posse permanently?? I want it so that whenever we get on, they all auto-join the posse I created without having to invite them each time. Thanks!

They are still members. It's a glitch. My members don't show up either in that list even when they are online and in the posse. It's a glitch. Members can still join the posse without an invite when you have it running.On PS4 the member list worked correctly.
