Are randoms any good to play with in this heist?

I've done the casino heist about 7 times now, was Always with 2 people, me and another guy.

 

Now i'm asking: Are randoms still that bad to play with? I've seen people say that this heist needs communication or you're not getting there.

Aggressive NOT. Only if they are complete complete idiots, trolls, or maybe disabled...  It's simple if you use

those "armored" outfits .

 

BIG CON - Gruppe Sechs outfits, and than exit either NOOSE or Firefighter, your choice. That one only on 2nd floor you need to "really" keep your randoms being normal, to avoid 1 guy, to pistol whip 2nd guy, and avoid 3rd guy, to get to the exit disguise outfit. and than just change outfit, exit, find 4 door civilian car and sewers or train tracks to lose police. JUST AVOID going past casino again after losing stars..

 

The only bad heist is sneaky. That one it's so glitchy even with people you know... Stealth is so broken in gta... Even simple things will screw you. But yes, communication is key for this type because you need to pay attention to a lot of things (guards moving, camera moving, etc etc)

 

Of course, other types of big con or agressive approach aren't random friendly in some ways... So... This heists are still in testing it out, so we will now in future time more about it.

Randoms are seldom good in any heist....

aggressive is possible with randoms but.. I mean in aggressive you have to communicate with your team to place the thermals on the doors before grabbing the loot

stealth is impossible to do undetected with randoms period

big con is impossible too unless you have gruppe sechs, you can get into the vault undetected but you'd still need someone decent to hack the doors + sneak out
