glitch in missions

I play heists and sometimes me and my friend gets kicked while we have joined a mission and waiting for players or waiting for someone to start the mission. What is happening is it says you have been idle for too long. I don't understand why it has to happen while we are just waiting. And my friend also got kicked twice after just 2 minutes.
